Flowergirls and Pageboy
The girls and boy were cute! They were really happy too as they look like little princesses and prince! All of them were fascinated with all the things which they were asked to do..
The only problem which I've met.. The same dresses..
Initially we wanted to get the dresses from Kiddy Palace then we realise that the range was very out-dated and not the mummies' choice so we went to Tom & Stephanie.
Choices there were better but there was not enough sizes for all. In the end we ordered and waited for at least a month.
In the end, the service staff did not even call and their attitude was really bad!!
Worst still, can't even find their number! Their site is so out-dated even Singtel gave me the wrong number! Had a hell of a time to get through to them!
Moral of the story, don't go to Tom & Stephanie and get the dresses early!!
In the end, we got the dresses at OG Bugis. Surprisingly, they had a huge range of party dresses for children! Sizes are all available too!
So we got our dresses there.. Just two different dresses for the younger ones as they're shorter. At least gotten something that we all liked..
My little Shermaine as the little model of the day.
This is for the older kids.
And this is for the younger ones.
Other things like the flower baskets and headbands were not a problem cos I have the most talented DIY bestie to help me! She was super pro and her stuff which she made was even better than those sold in shops!!
Check it out!

Nice right?!
My little Kyla displaying her pleasure wearing the dress I bought for her..:)
I am very lucky to be blessed with good friends as everyone was so supportive and we could settle the rehearsal very soon.
Lots of advices were offered during the rehearsal and it was really a great experience.
Everyone was so excited about the kids, the march in, attire, kids' behaviour, etc.. We were all in a whirl during the rehearsal and even till the actual night!
It's a good thing everything turned out well.. Thanks everyone again for all your efforts! Including the little ones! Love ya!
By far the only picture which I've got for the actual night. Will post more when I get them..

Wedding Mini Cakes for Relatives
Choosing the perfect cake for the traditional cake give away for the relatives isn't a difficult task. However, let us talk about the traditional custom first.
Ok, as all of you should know, we need to give traditional cakes or confectionary when we send the invites to the relatives. Especially for the teochews, there're even more rules.. Luckily mine wasn't really strict so at least I can be more creative.
So I got a contact from a friend and went to this great place. It's Sweetest Moments. Look at my cakes! They're of different varieties and personalized box and giftcard! Nice!
Card attached comes together with the cakes, announcing out wedding.. Kawaii ne!! Haha..
Okok, the website, http://www.sweetestmoments.com.sg/
They also have cakes for babies' 1st month too! Next time my baby 1st month, I'll use them again! Hohoho..

Our Wedding Invites
Preparing our invites is not a simple task too. Especially when it involves all the tedious chinese characters and formal wordings. There are so many rules involved with the formal Chinese invites. Furthermore, we are not using the hotel's invites and as those who know, beeie's parents are divorced.. So we really have to take note of every sensitive details when preparing it.
Fortunately, beeie found a really helpful guide online that taught us regarding all the formal invites as well as the other customary stuff. This eases us alot.
The site is so informative and it includes all areas of a Chinese customary wedding that even my parents did not know some of it! I think all those very traditional couples should refer to it for help. Okok I know you are asking. The site is www.chinese-wedding-guide.com
Oh, and our 'cos our theme is red and black, we wanted our invites to be in black but of course being traditional Chinese, how can a wedding card be in black right? Therefore, we had two colours and the other was in beige for the relatives.
Yap, here it is..

Yap, that's from beeie's computer. It's in PDF format so I'm not able to attach. Furthermore, I think he threw away all the unused invites and now I only have the black soft copy.. Ggrr.. Anyway, that's the invites for now. Will update the rest later on.
Managed to find the beige one!!
Which 1 is nicer?
